Okpara Sunday Chukwunonye 5. Egwu Michael Chianakwalam 6. Engr. Mba Nkuma Emea 7. Engr. Okoro Thomas Ikenna 8. Dike Fidelis Nwabueze 9. Okere Ijeoma Clara (Mrs) 10. Nwanju Joy Chidinma (Mrs) 11. PDP/OVI SECURE 1ST VICTORY AS TRIBUNAL DISMISS 2 CASES AGAINST HIS RE-ELECTION

The Governorship election petition tribunal sitting at umuahia,has today dismissed two Governorship election petitions filled against the re_election of Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu as Governor of Abia state by the duo of Barr kelenna ogbonn and his party ADC The judge while delievery the judgment on behalf of the tribunal dismissed the petition for lack of merit, he also started that the petition did not follow the laid down process .Also dismissed was the petition of Action people's Party (APP),both petitioneirs were urging the tribunal to nuliffy the election of Gov okezie Ikpeazu on the basis of unlawful exclusion of their respective Governorship candidates in the march 2019 gubernitorial election .This is a very big victory for the Governor and indeed all abians.having dismissed the two petition ,The tribunal is now left with Dr Alex Otti and Dr Uche ogah petitions  which is adjourned to 27/5/19 for pre trial confrence
