COAS Pays Courtesy Visit To Sanwo-Olu In Lagos



The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, on Monday paid a courtesy visit to the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the Lagos House, Marina.


This was made known by the Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Governor, Jubril A. Gawat, on his X (formerly Twitter) account on Monday.


Sharing photos he said, “Governor of Lagos State, Mr 

#jidesanwoolutoday received the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja on a Courtesy Visit today at the Lagos House, Marina. 



“The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) is in Lagos to supervise the clearance of the unexplored ordinance (UXO) at the site of the 2002 Ikeja Cantonment Bomb explosion and other major security activities. 


"The COAS commends Governor #jidesanwoolu on various infrastructural developments ongoing in the State and the tremendous support they have received from the State Government. #GreaterLagosRising."
