Enugu Government Set To Hand Over New Vehicle To Police

The Enugu state government led by the Executive Governor of the state Mr. Peter Mbah is prepared to hand over to the police series of first batch of vehicles purchased for security in the state. 

According to the Governor . This is in line with his commitment to ensuring that the life and properties of residents in Enugu are protected. 



In his words "They will patrol the streets of Enugu with a view to rapidly respond to security issues in our state. This is part of the proactive measures of my administration to ensure security of lives and properties, and the total wellbeing of Ndi Enugu."

  Governorship candidates from the Owerri Zone Senatorial District have called on Governor Hope Uzodimma of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to drop his second-term or reelection ambition. The governorship candidates, who made the call, were Samuel Anyanwu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Tony Ejiogu of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, (APGA), Kemdi Opara of the Young Progressives Congress (YPC) and Kachi Nwoga of the Action Democratic Party (ADP). The politicians insisted that it was undemocratic for Uzodimma to be seeking re-election, while Orlu Senatorial District had ruled the state for 20 years out of the 24 years since the return of democracy in 1999. In a recent podcast interview with Teju Babyface, the Port-Harcourt-born thespian revealed that he got married secretly and divorced secretly. However, he did not disclose when the marriage and divorce took place. The 32-year-old emphasised that given the current state of his romantic life, he wouldn’t entertain his daughter dating someone like himself.
