Character Assassination: Uche Ogah Petition Inspector General of Police for Arrest of Kelvin Enyi Samson.

The Minister of State For Mines, Steal and Solid mineral Development Hon. Dr. Uchechukwu Samson Ogah has written a petition to the Inspector General of Police on alleged defamation of his character




In the petition written by Chidumeje Attorney and Solicitor who claim to be  legal  counsel to the Hon minister  of state and representing Hon.Dr Uchechukwu Samson Ogah sent through the Assistant Inspector General of Police Force Intelligence Bureau (FBI)
, The Hon. Minister is seeking for an investigation into an alleged malicious publication written Against him by Kelvin Enyi Samson

According to the petition made available to Abiatracker. The Hon minister said the publication was against his character as a person  and therefore should be investigated . He was also among other things asking for arrest of the publisher and everyone promoting the publication because it is offensive

Investigation by Abia Tracker reporter Anya Chibueze Anya revealed that Mr Kelvin Enyi Samson had made a publication on his Facebook timeline with the caption" Group Condenm Uche Ogah for undermining Abia APC"

In the publication Mr Kelvin Enyi Samson alleged that " a sociopolitical group under the aegis of Abia Coalition For Justice and Equity has Release a communique condemning the Hon. Minister of State for Mines and steal development Hon. Dr. Uchechukwu Samson Ogah for claiming that he built the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Abia state, a party he joined in 2018"

While making reference to the said publication by  Mr Kelvin Enyi Samson, Chidumeje Attorney and Solicitor , counsel to the Hon minister of State for Mines and steal development  cited the content of the  publication as having  " Mazi Uche Myles a Director of Abia Coalition For Justice and Equity describing the APC guber flag bearer as deceitful and a desperate person who disrespect the true founders and fathers of the party in the state  "

The pettitioner also cited that The publication  as published by Kelvin Enyi Samson equally accused  and alleged that the" Uchechukwu Samson Ogah we do not know is a homosexual, a dangerous pretender, a wicked person , a dupe among others "

This publication according to Chidumeje Attorney and Solicitor  has made the Hon. Minister to receive several calls and messages from family members, official colleagues and Associate from all works of life asking him to confirm the validity or invalidate the offense he was being accused of .

This publication according to Chidumeje Attorney and Solicitor contravene already existing section 24 of  cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention)Act 2015 which forbid such defamatory publication being made Against any person . Therefore both the publisher Mr Kelvin Enyi Samson and Abia Coalition For Justice and Equity should be arrested  and prosecuted

Abia Tracker investigation revealed that Consequent on this petition . The Inspector General of Police has ordered and Mr Kelvin Enyi Samson was apprehended and would soon be prosecuted to serve as deterrent to others .

Though information reaching us confirm he has been released too
