 Africa's most expensive car, Laraki Epitome is a Moroccan made sports car which costs $2 million.



It has 1,200 horsepower, V8 engine of a C6 Chevrolet Corvette, twin turbochargers fueled by 91-octane fuel.


French Montana owns one.



It is one of the world's most expensive cars.


The car has a second fuel tank that can be filled with 110-octane gasoline fuel, which can boost its energy to 1,750 horsepower.


The body is made of carbon fiber. It weighs 2,800 pounds.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has advised the federal government to keep schools shut pending when the covid-19 pandemic was over. ASUU tweeted about this on Thursday. ASUU President, Abiodun Ogunyemi, advised “federal government not to reopen schools until the pandemic is over. The Covid-19 Presidential Task Force had equally maintained that it was not safe to reopen schools. The PTF had also urged schools to ensure safety measures against covid-19 were put in place before schools reopen.   Governorship candidate on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), in the last general election in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi FNIM, OON, has refuted the rumour, making the rounds that former head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), is dead. The former Minister of State for Education, who spoke through his Chief Press Secretary, Orusi Kenneth, on Monday October 9th 2023, described the purported death as “handiwork of mischief makers”.
